Implement the next unused version as v3.120.0 Machine-Readable Endpoint Consistency, Evidence Download UX, and Search Discovery Cleanup Pass.

Preserve the v3.92.5 header/navigation hotfix exactly:

  • real grouped menu visible down to 721px CSS width,
  • drawer Menu reserved for 720px and below,
  • compact grouped desktop/laptop navigation,
  • no oversized desktop Menu button,
  • reduced hero top band,
  • all current navigation destinations preserved.

Preserve v3.94.1/v3.99.0 UAIX restricted-agent guidance, v3.95.0 through v3.107.0 archive and safe-read layers, v3.108.0 architecture operationalization, v3.109.0 through v3.119.0 reviewer dashboard, completion, publication, verification, final sign-off, final sign-off publication receipt, packet coverage, agent capability, typography, search-discovery, and live-readiness layers.

Goal

Perform a focused consistency and UX pass on the machine-readable endpoints and evidence download paths introduced through v3.119.0. The goal is to make every public reader, reviewer, crawler, and restricted AI-agent discovery path easier to follow without adding runtime automation or widening claims.

This is a cleanup, consistency, route-readiness, and evidence-download polish pass. Do not add a large new theory layer.

Scope

  1. Add a static /machine-readable-endpoint-consistency/ page.
  2. Add JSON and Markdown exports for the route.
  3. Add JSON, Markdown, and HTML evidence packets for the route.
  4. Create a machine-readable consistency index that lists the canonical path, JSON path, Markdown path, HTML evidence path, source route, parent route, and evidence manifest row for the latest manual reviewer routes.
  5. Include rows for:
  • /live-endpoint-verification-and-search-readiness/
  • /teleodynamic-reviewer-dashboard-final-sign-off-publication-receipt/
  • /static-packet-coverage-final-sign-off-verification-matrix/
  • /teleodynamic-agent-capability-framework/
  • /teleodynamic-core-concepts/
  • /teleodynamic-uaix-boundary-map/
  • /agent-start-teleodynamic-read-order/
  • /teleodynamic-claim-boundary-ledger/
  1. Normalize evidence packet download copy on the newest pages so a human reader can clearly see JSON, Markdown, and HTML download options without guessing which path is the source page versus the downloadable packet.
  2. Update /llms.txt, /.well-known/ai-agent.json, /ai-agent.json/, /public-evidence-packets.json/, /route-visual-manifest.json/, /route-content-polish.json/, /sitemap.xml, and release history references so v3.120.0 appears as the newest static route-readiness layer.
  3. Update route manifests, evidence manifests, governance ledgers, AI discovery metadata, docs, tests, release history, live verification metadata, and .uai memory.
  4. Add tests/v3120-machine-readable-endpoint-consistency-validation.js.
  5. Run PHP lint, JSON parse validation, all Node validation scripts, the new validation script, and ZIP integrity checks.
  6. Produce production ZIP, source ZIP, changed-file list, validation report, validation output, and the next detailed recursive prompt.

Required row fields

For each consistency index row include:

  • source route,
  • canonical public route,
  • JSON route,
  • Markdown route,
  • evidence packet JSON route,
  • evidence packet Markdown route,
  • evidence packet HTML route,
  • route manifest status placeholder,
  • evidence manifest status placeholder,
  • sitemap status placeholder,
  • llms.txt status placeholder,
  • AI discovery metadata status placeholder,
  • reviewer UTC placeholder,
  • reviewer name placeholder,
  • missing evidence field,
  • no-op field,
  • hard-boundary confirmation field.

Hard boundaries

No runtime AI behavior, no model training, no live crawling beyond ordinary public GET checks, no endpoint execution, no credential validation, no private-network probing, no automation of publication, verification, completion, packet coverage, final sign-off, final sign-off publication, GET-Actions, or POST actions, no safety certification, no consciousness claim, no biological-equivalence claim, no exact symbolic translation claim, no medical/therapy claim, and no command-and-control claim over other domains.

Completion requirement

When work is complete, provide:

  • production ZIP,
  • source ZIP,
  • changed-file list,
  • validation report,
  • validation output,
  • next recursive prompt for v3.121.0.
