Goal

Perform a final bounded live-readiness and evidence-download UX pass after v3.120.0. Confirm that the newest source pages, JSON exports, Markdown exports, evidence packets, sitemap entries, llms.txt guidance, AI discovery metadata, route manifests, and evidence manifests all point to the same canonical paths and are easy for a public reader, reviewer, crawler, or restricted AI agent to follow.

This is a verification, UX polish, endpoint-readiness, and search-discovery pass. Do not add a large new theory layer.

  2. Add tests/v3121-live-endpoint-verification-evidence-download-final-readiness-validation.js.
  3. Run PHP lint, JSON parse validation, all Node validation scripts, the new validation script, and ZIP integrity checks.
