Implement the next unused version as v3.123.0 Favicon Deployment Verification and Memory Discovery Polish Pass.

Preserve the v3.92.5 header/navigation hotfix exactly:

  • real grouped menu visible down to 721px CSS width,
  • drawer Menu reserved for 720px and below,
  • compact grouped desktop/laptop navigation,
  • no oversized desktop Menu button,
  • reduced hero top band,
  • all current navigation destinations preserved.

Preserve v3.94.1/v3.99.0 UAIX restricted-agent guidance, v3.95.0 through v3.107.0 archive and safe-read layers, v3.108.0 architecture operationalization, and v3.109.0 through v3.122.0 reviewer-dashboard, completion, publication, verification, final sign-off, final search-readiness, machine-readable endpoint consistency, live-readiness, favicon, and file-memory organization layers.

Goal

Perform a small deployment-readiness polish pass that makes the new favicon and reorganized file-memory surfaces easy for a human reviewer, public crawler, and restricted AI agent to locate after deployment. This is a static verification and discovery pass only. Do not add a large new theory layer.

Scope

  1. Add a static /favicon-deployment-memory-discovery-verification/ page.
  2. Add JSON and Markdown exports for the route.
  3. Add JSON, Markdown, and HTML evidence packets for the route.
  4. Include manual verification rows for:
  • /favicon.ico
  • /favicon-file-memory-organization/
  • /favicon-file-memory-organization.json/
  • /favicon-file-memory-organization.md/
  • /evidence-packets/favicon-file-memory-organization.json/
  • /evidence-packets/favicon-file-memory-organization.md/
  • /evidence-packets/favicon-file-memory-organization.html/
  • .uai/short-term-memory.uai
  • .uai/long-term-memory.uai
  • .uai/progress.uai
  • .uai/file-handoff.uai
  • .uai/test-plan.uai
  • .uai/exports/manifest.json
  • /llms.txt
  • /.well-known/ai-agent.json/
  • /ai-agent.json/
  • /public-evidence-packets.json/
  • /route-visual-manifest.json/
  • /route-content-polish.json/
  • /sitemap.xml
  1. For each row include source route or file, canonical public route when applicable, expected content type placeholder, HTTP status placeholder, cache-cleared UTC placeholder, reviewer UTC placeholder, reviewer name placeholder, missing-evidence field, no-op field, manifest cross-check field, AI discovery cross-check field, sitemap cross-check field, llms.txt cross-check field, and hard-boundary confirmation field.
  2. Update /llms.txt, /.well-known/ai-agent.json, /ai-agent.json/, /public-evidence-packets.json/, /route-visual-manifest.json/, /route-content-polish.json/, /sitemap.xml, release history references, live verification metadata, governance ledgers, docs, tests, and .uai memory so v3.123.0 appears as the newest static favicon and memory-discovery verification layer.
  3. Add tests/v3123-favicon-deployment-memory-discovery-verification-validation.js.
  4. Run PHP lint, JSON parse validation, all Node validation scripts, the new validation script, and ZIP integrity checks.
  5. Produce production ZIP, source ZIP, changed-file list, validation report, validation output, and the next detailed recursive prompt.

Hard boundaries

No runtime AI behavior, no model training, no live crawling beyond ordinary public GET checks, no endpoint execution, no credential validation, no private-network probing, no automation of publication, verification, completion, packet coverage, final sign-off, final sign-off publication, GET-Actions, or POST actions, no safety certification, no consciousness claim, no biological-equivalence claim, no exact symbolic translation claim, no medical/therapy claim, and no command-and-control claim over other domains.

Completion requirement

When work is complete, provide:

  • production ZIP,
  • source ZIP,
  • changed-file list,
  • validation report,
  • validation output,
  • next recursive prompt for v3.124.0.
