Use teleodynamic-ai-v3.123.0-favicon-deployment-memory-discovery-verification.zip as the baseline. Do not use an older package.

Implement the next unused version as v3.124.0 Post-Deployment Favicon and Memory Surface Receipt Pass.

Preserve the v3.92.5 header/navigation hotfix exactly: real grouped menu visible down to 721px CSS width, drawer Menu reserved for 720px and below, compact grouped desktop/laptop navigation, no oversized desktop Menu button, reduced hero top band, and all current navigation destinations preserved.

Preserve all restricted-agent, archive, reviewer-dashboard, search-readiness, live-readiness, machine-readable endpoint consistency, favicon, and file-memory organization layers through v3.123.0.

Goal

Add a small static receipt layer for post-deployment human notes after the favicon and memory discovery verification pass. This is a manual receipt worksheet only; do not add a large theory layer.

Scope

  1. Add /post-deployment-favicon-memory-surface-receipt/.
  2. Add JSON and Markdown exports for the route.
  3. Add JSON, Markdown, and HTML evidence packets for the route.
  4. Include receipt rows for /favicon.ico, /favicon-deployment-memory-discovery-verification/, .uai/short-term-memory.uai, .uai/long-term-memory.uai, .uai/exports/manifest.json, /llms.txt, /.well-known/ai-agent.json/, /ai-agent.json/, /public-evidence-packets.json/, /route-visual-manifest.json/, /route-content-polish.json/, and /sitemap.xml.
  5. For each row include source route or file, canonical route when applicable, reviewer UTC placeholder, reviewer name placeholder, observed status placeholder, missing evidence field, no-op field, and hard-boundary confirmation field.
  6. Update manifests, evidence manifests, governance ledgers, AI discovery metadata, docs, tests, release history, live verification metadata, and .uai memory.
  7. Add tests/v3124-post-deployment-favicon-memory-surface-receipt-validation.js.
  8. Run PHP lint, JSON parse validation, all Node validation scripts, the new validation script, and ZIP integrity checks.
  9. Produce production ZIP, source ZIP, changed-file list, validation report, validation output, and next recursive prompt.
