Goals:

  • Keep custom Python 3.9.23 WSGI backend.
  • Do not add Django, Flask, FastAPI, Starlette, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic, Celery, or any Python framework.
  • Keep Angular v22 strict TypeScript.
  • Do not add Bootstrap, jQuery, Angular Material, Tailwind, or third-party UI libraries.
  • Keep MySQL/MariaDB as the database target.
  • Keep cPanel package flat, not nested.
  • Improve mobile demo, registration, login, and portal shell presentation at 390px, 430px, 768px, 1024px, 1366px, and 1440px.
  • Add public-safe analytics-readiness metadata for conversion paths without adding live telemetry or third-party tracking.
  • Add admin review follow-up notes for pending contractor and adjuster intake without external delivery.
  • Preserve Real Proof Only, read-only adjuster access, server-side demo mutation interception, and internal-only notification queue.

Required work:

  1. Add responsive QA evidence notes for the v0.25.0 route matrix.
  2. Add no-telemetry analytics-readiness metadata to CTA and registration paths.
  3. Add internal admin intake follow-up metadata fields and safe review notes.
  4. Improve mobile spacing, card wrapping, and CTA hierarchy for /, /demo, /contractor/register, /adjuster/register, /contractor/login, /adjuster/login, /contractor-portal, and /adjuster-portal.
  5. Preserve /favicon.ico, /assets/favicon.ico, and the v0.26.0 memory organization maps.
  6. Add docs, .uai memory updates, tests, validation summary, deployment notes, and next recursive prompt.
  7. Produce fireandstorm-portal-v0.27.0-demo-analytics-mobile-intake-review-flat.zip.
