Scope

Baseline: mikekappel-enterprise-ai-prod-theme-v9.0.13.zip. Target: mikekappel-enterprise-ai-prod-theme-v9.0.17.zip.

Findings

  • The package was in a clean-slate presentation state: style.css only contained the WordPress theme header and theme.json had no active presentation tokens.
  • The approved symbol asset already existed at assets/img/michael-kappel-symbol.png and the header used an image brand anchor.
  • The new uploaded design brief explicitly authorizes rebuilding styles around Structured Fluidity.
  • The site has existing server-rendered WordPress templates, route/data mirrors, REST discovery files, report indexes, and .uai memory.
  • Existing route and report systems should be preserved.

Resulting action

A new bespoke CSS system was added, the theme tokens were restored from the new brief, and .uai active memory was updated so future agents do not revert to earlier failed CSS or visible MK badge assumptions.
