Risks and Tradeoffs

Implementing this rigorous, multi-layered governance model introduces necessary friction that trades operational speed for institutional credibility. The platform must navigate several inherent tradeoffs. The primary tradeoff is Speed versus Accuracy. Mandating a multi-stage human review gate will inevitably delay the publication of the Daily Brief. Automated systems can publish almost instantly upon event detection; humans require hours to verify Tier 02 documents, parse contradictory Tier 05 reporting, and execute Spanish equivalence checks.
