1. Research archive item found.
2. Report packet copied.
3. Human reviews source and implementation context.
4. Claim is approved, rejected, narrowed, or quarantined.
5. Approved claim is rewritten into `/docs/` with explicit `source_status`.
6. `.uai` memory points to the curated doc, not the research archive item.
7. Public site, project, resume, JSON, or REST copy may reference the curated doc only after review.

No automated promotion occurs in this package.


## v8.8.15 safety-anchor note

The local `.uai` memory package now includes `.uai/totem.uai` and `.uai/taboo.uai`. They are populated review-stage anchors for user review and should be read before transactional memory files. They do not approve research archive items, certify safety, deploy the site, or widen public claims.
