Purpose: define a compact public graph that connects resume claims, role-fit lanes, projects, case studies, docs, static JSON, REST endpoints, and .uai memory.

## Safe claims

- The graph is a navigation and evidence map.
- It is not a credential, background check, or private implementation disclosure.
- Generated-review-stage nodes remain review-only until approved.
